At Lseeu, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our personalized gifts. Because each item is uniquely handcrafted and engraved specifically for you, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Personalized & Custom Orders
Due to the bespoke nature of our products (including engraved sandalwood combs and custom apparel), we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing error.
We encourage you to double-check all personalization details (spellings, dates, etc.) before finalizing your order. Once an item has been engraved, it cannot be altered.
2. Damages and Issues
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [info@lseeu.com].
To be eligible for a replacement or refund on damaged goods:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
3. Non-Personalized Items
For any non-customized products in our store, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-damaged items.
4. Cancellations
Since we begin the crafting process shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the production of your unique piece may have already begun.
5. Refunds
Once we have inspected your return or approved your damage claim, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
