Thank you for choosing Lseeu. Since every piece in our collection is handcrafted and personalized to order, our shipping process includes both Crafting Time and Delivery Time. We appreciate your patience in allowing us to create something truly special for you.

1. Production & Processing Time

Because we prioritize quality and precision:

• Personalized Items: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to hand-finish and engrave your order.
• Non-Customized Items: Typically processed within 1-2 business days.
• Note: During peak holiday seasons, production may take an additional 2-3 days.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is crafted and handed over to our carriers, the estimated arrival times are as follows:

• United States: 7–12 business days.
• United Kingdom / Europe: 7–14 business days.
• Canada / Australia: 7–15 business days.
• Rest of the World: 12–20 business days.

Please note that these are estimates. Factors such as customs clearance or local postal delays may occasionally extend these timeframes.

3. Shipping Rates

• Standard Worldwide Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50.
• Orders under $50: A flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can track your gift's journey directly through our website or via the carrier's portal. It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label is created.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lseeu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, we do our best to package and document orders to ensure a smooth delivery process.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice an error, please contact us at info@lseeu.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
